The Bravo Team is thrilled to receive the Best of Show Award of the ASID Design Excellence 2015 Awards along with First Place Winner in the Model Home category for this showcase unit in Austin. 

The design of this high rise condo combines sweeping views of downtown and architectural simplicity. The intent of this design was to create a space that the future owner could relax and effortlessly entertain in. A mid-century modern design thread runs through this condominium to connect exterior views to the interior.

Soft gray paint colors, wood veneered cabinets and simple fabric selections were all elements that were used to create a classic but inviting space. Maximizing the function in every room was a challenge because of the limited square footage. To solve this challenge we created an office that doubles as a guest room with a hidden bed behind the paneling, this increased the condo from a 1 bedroom/2 bath to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. Hints of brass and gold were used in the fixture and furniture selections to add an element of warmth. Dramatic art was used to invite guests to wander and around and explore the different spaces.
